Leadership is a skill - how do learn skills?

Read books, listen to podcast, 5 min per day. Who could become a good leader?

There is visible leader sometimes its not visible at all.

Sometimes we need fast decisions, sometimes we need to take it slow. 


Much has happend with leadership during last 50 years.

How can we improve our thinking?

  • 80% Humans thinking of negatives, problems... worried.

Can we changes this? Affirmationer, talk with others, often people are negative. 

  • 95% is the same thougths as yeasterday. 
  • 1,2 be a better person than myself.

We are doomed to fail from time to time...

Instead of "playing the game" leader should think:

  • Who is playing?
  • How should we play?
  • What game are we playing?
  • Why are we playing?
  • Where comes the players motivation from?

How to measure leader´s performance?

  • But
  • Time between leader´s action and results may be long and causalities unclear (CF parenthood)

It can be hard to evaluate a leader.

  2. Doomed to fail sometimes, takes the pressure off.
  3. Easy routines is somethings we should focus more on in sales.
  4. 70-20-10 / Practice makes perfect, 5 min studying everyday. 
  5. Listen, listen and listen so i can be totally honest
